Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Take a founding-level seat on a small, ambitious SaaS team building all-in-one customizable workspaces. As Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery from UI through database, with significant influence over product direction. The role combines hands-on coding with leadership, shaping both the web client and the API layer that powers it.

Responsibilities - Drive full-stack feature implementation spanning UI, business logic, and database layers - Implement pixel-perfect Figma designs in the web client and manage application state - Build, scale, and integrate API endpoints that grow with the customer base - Contribute across an Angular/TypeScript front end, Node.js/NestJS backend, and PostgreSQL data layer - Help shape the architecture of a new block-based, customizable canvas product - Collaborate inside an nx monorepo using Docker, AWS, and modern developer tooling

Requirements - Substantial experience designing and building scalable single-page web applications - Working knowledge of a front-end framework (Angular preferred), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Familiarity with Node.js and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL - Daily proficiency with Visual Studio Code and git - Comfort with testing strategies; Jest or Cypress experience is beneficial - Self-motivated, resilient attitude suited to a high-paced, agile SaaS startup - Strong written and spoken communication in English or German

Nice to have - Founder-track mindset with an interest in equity-style or partner-level engagement - Experience with NgRx, RxJS, Docker Swarm, or event-based architectures
