Frontend Engineer

Role overview Join a lean SaaS engineering team building customizable, block-based workspace software. This Frontend Engineer role focuses on shaping the user experience of a single-page web application, translating design intent into performant, polished interfaces. The work sits at the heart of how customers interact with the product every day.

Responsibilities - Implement frontend functionality and complex UI patterns for a single-page Angular web application - Translate pixel-perfect Figma designs into production-ready components that respect the in-house design system - Deliver high-quality, maintainable code across an established component library and Storybook documentation - Drive quality assurance efforts to ensure functional, accessible UI with strong UX outcomes - Contribute to a large nx-based monorepo using modern tooling, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx state management - Collaborate on upcoming work around a customizable block-based canvas experience

Requirements - Meaningful experience designing and building scalable single-page web applications - Strong command of a modern front-end framework (Angular preferred), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Daily proficiency with Visual Studio Code and version control using git - Understanding of multiple testing strategies; exposure to Jest or Cypress is a plus - Self-directed, resilient mindset suited to a fast-paced, agile SaaS startup environment - Clear communication skills in English or German

Nice to have - Familiarity with NgRx, Storybook, Figma workflows, or an internal component library - Exposure to monorepo development and design-system thinking
