Junior Product Designer

Role overview Help shape websites and digital products around real user and business needs. You’ll work with developers and a design team, learning through project work, feedback, and reviews; applicants at the start of their careers are welcome.

Responsibilities - Clarify project goals and user needs, organize information, and map product journeys. - Explore design references and apply relevant ideas to the project brief. - Create wireframes, interface screens, and prototypes in Figma for web and digital products. - Develop visual design across mobile and desktop, including layout, typography, color, spacing, and interface states. - Keep design files and components organized, and explain flows and behavior to developers. - Review implemented work with the team, communicate progress or blockers, and follow through on agreed improvements.

Requirements - Interest in product design and willingness to learn through practical work. - Design examples to discuss; coursework, practice exercises, and personal projects are suitable. - Basic familiarity with Figma and care in organizing design files. - Openness to feedback, asking questions, and communicating clearly with teammates. - Availability to work remotely from Thailand; part-time or freelance arrangements are considered.
