Staff Product Designer

Role overview Lead product design across patient-facing care experiences, AI-assisted support, and the shared design system. You’ll work across several product areas, shaping new interaction patterns while improving the everyday tools people use to access and manage psychiatric care.

Responsibilities - Design AI-supported experiences that help patients between appointments, from early concepts through launch and refinement. - Improve patient portal journeys such as intake, appointment management, and visit preparation. - Set clear, trustworthy interaction patterns that explain AI capabilities and limitations. - Partner with product, engineering, AI, and clinical teams to shape strategy and resolve ambiguous design problems. - Prototype and test web, mobile, and conversational interactions; use research, product data, and feedback to guide iteration. - Advance the design system and raise interaction and visual craft across product areas.

Requirements - Strong product design skills, including interaction design and visual craft. - Ability to move between strategic work, detailed execution, and multiple product areas. - Experience making complex or unfamiliar interactions understandable and usable. - Skill in prototyping and validating ideas through research or usability testing. - Ability to collaborate across disciplines and advocate for patient needs, accessibility, safety, and trust.

Nice to have - Experience designing AI-enabled or conversational products. - Healthcare product experience.
