AI Agents Engineer

Role overview Build the runtime that powers AI agents through planning, tool use, memory, and recovery. You’ll develop the systems that coordinate agent actions and improve their ability to complete tasks, with attention to reliability, visibility, and safe operation.

Responsibilities - Design and build agent orchestration systems and tool-calling workflows. - Develop runtime capabilities for planning, memory, and recovery from failures. - Measure agent task success and use evaluations to identify and guide improvements. - Make agent behavior observable and support safe interruption and control.

Requirements - Experience building production applications powered by large language models or AI agents. - Strong backend engineering skills in TypeScript or Python. - Understanding of failure modes in models that use tools.
