Solution Architect, French Speaking

Role overview This is a remote opportunity for a senior enterprise solution architect to lead functional design for product data platforms serving large-scale commerce organizations. The role focuses on PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations, acting as design authority for complex multi-system programs and assessing whether a client's product data foundation is ready for AI-driven and agentic commerce. Candidates must be located in Portugal and be fluent in both French and English.

Responsibilities - Lead functional discovery and design workshops for PXM, PIM, and MDM solutions across enterprise environments - Define data models, taxonomies, attributes, workflows, and business rules aligned with platform capability - Design integration approaches and support data migration, cutover planning, and reconciliation strategy - Assess customer data readiness for AI enrichment and agentic consumption, and design governance to keep automation safe - Facilitate design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and customer workshops with executive stakeholders - Act as design authority, safeguarding solution clarity, integrity, and governance throughout the program

Requirements - 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business analysis, or enterprise data platforms - Deep hands-on experience with PIM, MDM, PXM, or comparable data-centric platforms - Strong grounding in data governance, data quality, and taxonomy design - Confident working standard with SQL, REST APIs, and JSON - Outstanding workshop facilitation and executive communication skills - Fluency in French and English

Nice to have - Familiarity with GS1, GDSN, or retailer content standards - CDMP, DAMA, or equivalent data management certification - Practical experience designing AI or agentic workflows on enterprise data
