Technical Consultant

Role overview Support the delivery and ongoing operation of interactive response technology (IRT) used to manage clinical trial randomization and drug supply. The role spans study setup, system maintenance, client coordination, user support, and controlled changes, with careful attention to the data and processes used in complex clinical studies.

Responsibilities - Coordinate with client study teams and project colleagues to implement and maintain IRT systems throughout a study. - Oversee support activity, assess potential risks, troubleshoot escalated issues, and work with clients and other vendors to resolve them. - Lead study change controls, define data integration specifications, and organize planned reviews of system data. - Prepare and maintain study FAQs, training materials, and reports for users and project teams. - Investigate recurring support issues, identify root causes, and help implement process improvements and product enhancements. - Assist with system go-live, user training, international customer support, and onboarding new team members.

Requirements - At least three years of experience in a similar role. - Bachelor’s degree. - Ability to understand technical systems, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems creatively. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
