Project Manager, Delivery Lead

Role overview

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platforms that power patient randomization and investigational drug supply management for life-sustaining clinical trials. The position blends hands-on delivery leadership for complex, regulated studies with people management responsibilities, partnering closely with sponsors and internal cross-functional teams to keep programs on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

- Direct a cross-functional delivery team responsible for building and maintaining IRT systems across multiple concurrent trials - Serve as the primary client contact from contract award through system deactivation and archival, leading status meetings and providing regular updates - Own project timelines, scope, and resourcing; track tasks needed to deliver on-time user acceptance testing (UAT) - Run kickoff, specification review, and recurring status meetings; set agendas, capture minutes, and drive closure of action items - Proactively identify risks, escalate issues through established channels, and contribute to process improvements within the services organization - Supervise associate project managers and team members, delegating work, monitoring progress, and supporting coaching and performance conversations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills - Demonstrated time management and organizational ability - Analytical thinking paired with creative problem-solving capability - High attention to detail and a consultative working style - At least two years of experience in IRT or a closely related clinical technology field preferred

- Prior direct supervisory or team leadership experience - Willingness to travel periodically to client sites for meetings and end-user training - Experience partnering with product, learning, or talent teams on rollout initiatives
