Role overview Provide customer support through written channels for a music streaming service, helping French- and English-speaking users resolve questions and account or service issues. This is a full-time, fixed-term role that can be done remotely from within Bulgaria.

Responsibilities - Respond to customer enquiries through email and social media. - Understand each issue, provide clear written guidance, and help users reach a resolution. - Communicate in both French and English, adapting explanations to the customer’s needs. - Follow established support processes and maintain a helpful, professional tone.
