Role overview
Help developers and partner teams adopt a headless content management approach by building practical examples, resolving technical problems, and sharing guidance. The role combines hands-on web development with developer education, community support, and feedback that can improve product documentation and onboarding.
Responsibilities - Create sample applications, prototypes, tutorials, documentation, and instructional videos that explain implementation patterns and product features. - Run workshops, webinars, and demonstrations, and represent the product at developer events and public speaking opportunities. - Help developers and enterprise customers troubleshoot technical issues, including gaps that may be addressed with plugins, tools, apps, or custom scripts. - Identify and document issues in APIs, SDKs, and services; contribute fixes and improvements to open-source SDKs, starter kits, and examples. - Engage with developer communities, answer questions, and use recurring feedback to inform documentation, onboarding, and product improvements. - Share relevant web development trends and use sound judgment when applying AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
Requirements - At least five years of web development experience and strong knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, Next, Nuxt, Astro, Angular, or Svelte. - Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience working with content management systems; headless CMS experience is beneficial. - Public speaking experience, including presenting at meetups or developer-focused events. - Strong English communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work across teams and with different stakeholders. - Interest in current web development practices, with the confidence and attention to detail to contribute in a collaborative environment.
Nice to have - Experience in developer support, customer calls, developer relations, or technical writing.
