Role overview A fully remote opportunity is open for a Salesforce Developer to help expand and refine the systems that power go-to-market and post-sales operations. The role centers on building scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline processes, safeguard data integrity, and connect cleanly with surrounding tools. It suits a hands-on technical builder who enjoys pairing deep platform knowledge with day-to-day collaboration across business and operations stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components aligned to platform best practices. - Build and refine Salesforce Flows and declarative automation, paying close attention to bulkification and governor limits. - Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, and validation rules. - Contribute to data models, integration patterns, and automation structures that link Salesforce with adjacent systems such as HubSpot, APIs, and middleware platforms. - Participate in code reviews, version control, and CI/CD deployment workflows to uphold delivery quality. - Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical solutions, partnering with admins, analysts, and operational leaders. - Diagnose defects, integration issues, and automation failures, and recommend enhancements that reduce technical debt.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments. - Proficiency with Apex (classes and triggers), SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. - Strong command of Salesforce Flows and declarative automation patterns. - Working knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud core functionality and standard configuration tooling. - Familiarity with integration patterns and debugging techniques across APIs, middleware, or comparable platforms. - Solid grasp of data security, data modeling, and governor-limit considerations. - Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. - Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. - Holding the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Nice to have
- Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or System Architect credentials. - Experience with Apex REST integrations or API-based data exchange. - Background in RevOps, sales, marketing, or post-sales operational environments. - Familiarity with SaaS or private-equity-backed operating models. - Comfort with Python or JavaScript for supplementary scripting work.
