About this role
Role overview Own and improve the systems that support revenue operations across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation through renewal. This is a hands-on role combining business process design, integrations, automation, and internal tool building; you will take loosely defined needs through scoping, delivery, and adoption with teams in several countries.
Responsibilities - Manage the CRM architecture and its connections to internal product applications and the broader sales toolset. - Improve systems used across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, adapting them as products, markets, and sales approaches expand. - Work directly with go-to-market teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and decide whether to configure, automate, build, or involve engineering. - Maintain reliable revenue data that teams can use for decisions. - Create AI agents and other automations to reduce repetitive work and help teams use their data effectively. - Train users, support rollout, and track whether new tools and processes are adopted.
Requirements - Degree from an engineering or business school. - One to three years of experience in a business-facing role such as operations, growth, strategy, or consulting. - Practical fluency with AI tools for building solutions, including coding assistants or agents. - Ability to independently clarify an ambiguous problem and deliver a useful tool, automation, or process. - Curiosity about how systems work and the ability to learn quickly. - Comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, and fluent in English.
Nice to have - Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce. - SQL or Python skills. - French, German, Spanish, or Dutch language skills.
Benefits and work setup Projects are owned end to end and the systems built are used daily by go-to-market teams across six countries. The role offers a hybrid working model, a stated career progression path, competitive salary, and an equity package.
