Full Stack Developer

Role overview A full-stack software role focused on the surfaces customers and operators actually touch, from initial sketch through production telemetry. The work covers end-to-end delivery of customer-facing consoles and internal admin tooling, with APIs designed to make the audit log a first-class product surface. Engineers own uptime and feature outcomes, so responsibilities extend from design decisions through observability in production.

Responsibilities - Build customer-facing consoles end to end, from UX sketches through deployment and production monitoring. - Develop admin surfaces that operators rely on to manage accounts, configuration, and support workflows. - Design APIs that treat the audit log as a product surface, with clear contracts, schemas, and downstream consumers in mind. - Take ownership of uptime and reliability for the services you ship, including on-call participation and incident response. - Collaborate with design, product, and security to align feature work with customer needs and compliance requirements. - Instrument production with telemetry so feature launches can be evaluated against real usage data.

Requirements - Experience building customer-facing web applications end to end. - Comfort designing and shipping REST or RPC APIs with attention to schema evolution and contract clarity. - Familiarity with audit logging patterns and the operational needs they serve. - Ability to own features from first sketch through production telemetry, including post-launch iteration. - Strong general programming fundamentals and willingness to work across the stack. - Pragmatic communication skills for working with non-engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have - Background in security-sensitive products where audit trails and compliance shape the user experience.
