Full Stack Developer

Role overview A product-oriented full-stack role with end-to-end ownership of the interfaces customers and operators rely on every day. The scope blends frontend craftsmanship with backend API design, treating the audit log as a product surface rather than a side effect. Engineers are accountable for uptime, iteration speed, and the telemetry that proves features are landing well.

Responsibilities - Ship customer-facing consoles from first sketch through release, observability, and iteration. - Build admin surfaces that make day-to-day operations and support workflows efficient. - Design APIs that elevate the audit log to a product surface, with stable schemas and clear consumer contracts. - Own uptime and incident response for the services and surfaces you ship. - Work alongside design, product, and security partners to scope features and validate trade-offs. - Add production telemetry that informs product decisions and surfaces real-world usage patterns.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience delivering full-stack web applications from front end to back end. - Skill in API design, with care for versioning, schema evolution, and downstream usability. - Practical understanding of audit logging and why it matters for trust and compliance. - Comfort owning outcomes across the lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, and improve. - Solid programming fundamentals and the judgment to choose the right level of complexity. - Clear written communication, especially in code reviews, design docs, and incident write-ups.
