It is a remote-first position open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Requirements
- Depth of experience designing complex products, ideally in data-driven, enterprise, or workflow-rich environments - Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, including interfaces that are generated rather than drawn - Fluent use of AI tools in design practice, including coded prototypes that call real models (e.g., Cursor or Claude Code) - A clear point of view on where AI design is heading, backed by shipped work that reflects it - Strong interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture skills - Demonstrated ability to connect design decisions to measurable business and user outcomes - Track record collaborating across technical, commercial, and operational teams - Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Benefits and work setup
