About this role
Role overview Conduct end-to-end UX research on digital experiences that support complex M&A and loan agency transactions, turning findings into actionable insights for product and design teams. The role also helps build the repeatable practices, tools, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable across the organization.
Responsibilities - Partner with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities. - Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other research methods. - Define research goals, participant criteria, and study plans, and write screeners and discussion guides. - Work with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and other materials needed for studies. - Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling with internal teams and external research vendors. - Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations, and communicate them through readouts, reports, journey maps, and workflow maps. - Help establish repeatable research practices, templates, and standards, and maintain a reusable research repository so insights can be shared across teams.
Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience conducting UX research, product research, design research, or a closely related discipline. - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences. - Comfort working with ambiguity, complex workflows, and evolving business or product priorities. - Intellectually curious, collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong systems thinking and clear communication skills. - Organized and detail-oriented, operating with high integrity.
Benefits and work setup - Hiring salary range of $120,000–$135,000 depending on experience. Position is hybrid out of Denver, CO or fully remote within the continental U.S.; hybrid employees within 20 miles of the Denver office will begin one day per week onsite in September 2026 and two days per week in February 2027, while fully remote employees are expected to visit the Denver headquarters on average three times per year.
