Senior Delivery Manager (m/w/d)

Role overview Senior Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer implementation projects for an AI-driven engineering intelligence platform that helps manufacturers manage the complexity of software-defined products. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer teams, driving projects from the initial sales handover through go-live and post-launch hypercare.

Responsibilities - Own the full delivery lifecycle of platform projects, setting ambitious goals and schedules aligned with agreed success criteria, and ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery. - Coordinate closely with internal engineering and product teams as well as customer teams to connect data sources, integrate into the platform's engineering intelligence graph, configure applications, and deploy AI agents against concrete use cases with measurable value. - Plan and facilitate technical and exploratory workshops, and steer user acceptance testing, cutover, and adoption activities in alignment with value engineering goals. - Manage cross-functional workstreams, including risks, assumptions, decisions, and change control, with clear executive-level reporting and stakeholder-appropriate communication. - Provide transparent tracking of delivery status, maturity, and value realization both internally and to customers, and feed lessons learned back into reusable rollout playbooks.

Requirements - Several years of experience leading complex enterprise software delivery or implementation projects in B2B environments. - Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing data integration topics and working hands-on with engineering and product counterparts. - Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders, run steering committees, and communicate crisply with both technical teams and senior leadership. - Solid experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and applying formal risk, assumption, decision, and change management practices. - Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, at a business-professional level.
