Senior Software Engineer

Role overview This is a hybrid senior full-stack engineering role designing and building a platform that acquires, processes, enhances, and delivers data to customers in the consumer packaged goods and health and wellness space. The position spans ingestion, ETL, big data solutions, efficient APIs, and web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities - Write clean, testable, and readable code across the stack - Fail fast and apply code refactoring as everyday practice - Handle both routine and complex technical and data challenges - Build client-facing and internal tools integrated with AI models for an enhanced user experience - Efficiently ingest, normalize, and transform large volumes of data - Automate routine and repeated processes wherever possible

Requirements - BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience - Working knowledge of Java, Python, React, and Node.js - Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs - Familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and Graph databases - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Kubernetes - Experience with CI/CD frameworks - Familiarity with AI integration tools

Nice to have - Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry - Test-driven development practice - Pair programming experience - Ability to communicate with product and design teammates about features and technology within a specific domain
