Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of manual QA experience with a strong focus on web applications - Solid grasp of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting - Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product - Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to isolate root causes and communicate them clearly - Comfort with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Linear, and with browser developer tools for debugging and reproduction

Nice to have - Accessibility testing experience and familiarity with WCAG guidelines - Exposure to text-to-speech or other audio-based products - Familiarity with test automation tools, even without owning automation work - Experience validating APIs using tools like Postman

Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, full-time role open to candidates based globally - Startup environment with high ownership and direct visibility into product and GTM decisions - Competitive base compensation, equity, and benefits
