AI Delivery Manager

Role overview Manage AI agent deployments from signed proposal through client-accepted go-live, while establishing the delivery practice as it grows. You will run multiple engagements, understand each client’s processes and systems, configure and test agents with client teams, and ensure the solution is adopted and measured against agreed outcomes.

Responsibilities - Lead engagements end to end, setting scope, launch plans, and written acceptance criteria while managing parallel projects. - Run discovery with client teams, review processes and systems, and turn findings into specifications and test cases for engineers. - Maintain client communication, shared plans, decision records, action owners, and access requests. - Configure agents, load knowledge, connect channels, assess integrations, and write scripts when needed. - Coordinate client testing, triage reported issues, and distinguish defects from knowledge or prompt changes. - Prepare handover materials, escalation rules, team enablement, and outcome measurements; record root causes and feed delivery lessons back into process and product improvements.

Requirements - Based in Europe, with at least four hours of overlap with Central European working hours and willingness to travel to client sites a few times a year. - Able to manage concurrent work, track blockers and owners, and maintain clear delivery dates. - The source emphasizes shipped work and delivery experience; it does not require a computer science degree, project management certification, or prior experience in the named industries.

Nice to have - Experience configuring agent platforms or taking prompts into production. - Familiarity with CRM, customer support, or call-center systems. - Experience delivering for real estate, retail, or healthcare clients, or running user acceptance testing with non-technical staff. - A second European language.
