Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Own major parts of a full-stack platform that supports field data capture, live operational dashboards, and AI answers grounded in attributed sources. You’ll shape architecture and technical direction while staying hands-on with implementation and helping other engineers grow.

Responsibilities - Design and deliver features across offline-first data capture and synchronization workflows. - Build and maintain real-time dashboards for operational information. - Develop services that organize knowledge and support source-attributed AI responses. - Make architectural decisions and guide technical direction for the areas you own. - Mentor engineers through technical guidance and collaboration.

Requirements - Senior-level full-stack engineering experience suited to owning substantial product areas end to end. - Ability to design system architecture and translate it into working software. - Experience with data capture and synchronization, real-time interfaces, or knowledge-backed services relevant to the role. - Strong hands-on coding practice; the position remains an engineering role rather than a management track.
