Python Developer (AI / Computer Vision)

Role overview Build production AI capabilities for analyzing site imagery and answering questions from technical manuals. The work spans computer vision and retrieval-augmented generation, taking models and pipelines from experimentation through deployment as APIs used on active construction projects.

Responsibilities - Develop computer-vision models to identify issues such as cracks, corrosion, and safety hazards in site photos. - Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines over a knowledge graph of customer-provided manuals. - Produce answers that cite the supporting source material. - Move models from experimental work into reliable production APIs. - Support deployments serving live construction projects.

Requirements - Python development experience for AI or machine-learning applications. - Practical computer-vision skills, including work with image-based detection tasks. - Experience building retrieval-augmented generation systems or comparable question-answering pipelines over documents. - Ability to take AI systems through production deployment and API delivery.
