Senior Product Manager

Role overview A senior product management role focused on the builder experience of a product-led growth platform that helps B2B SaaS companies reduce funnel friction using no-code tooling, AI automation, and in-product agents. The position owns strategy and roadmap for how customers design guidance flows across onboarding, adoption, conversion, and retention, leveraging AI to detect friction points and recommend improvements. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Product, embedded with a dedicated engineering pod and shared design resources.

Responsibilities - Own the product strategy and roadmap for the builder experience, from discovery through delivery, including proofs of concept and prioritization decisions. - Talk directly to customers, identify pain points, and synthesize them into clear product requirements and roadmaps. - Apply AI to detect friction in customer funnels and translate those signals into guidance that drives conversion. - Partner with a dedicated engineering pod and shared design resources to ship, measure, and iterate on the experience. - Define success metrics and rigorously measure whether shipped work actually moves them.

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience, including B2B SaaS software. - Professional product management experience with AI-embedded products. - Familiarity with evals, datasets, and working with AI models. - Technical fluency sufficient to work with Git, AI-assisted coding tools, and fix basic UX issues independently. - Demonstrated AI fluency, using LLMs and agents as a force multiplier from prototypes through requirements. - Comfort operating from a blank page in ambiguous situations, with a bias for action and strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have - Traditional machine learning background, including test and training data, evals, and the judgment to recognize when an LLM is not the right tool. - Familiarity with the product-led growth customer journey for SaaS. - Experience leading product for MCPs, APIs, or SDKs. - A creative, hacker-style approach and a track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success. - Personal side or work projects built with modern AI tooling. - Degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
