Role overview
Keep identity and access management services reliable and ensure people have secure, role-based access across systems. The work spans identity lifecycle operations, troubleshooting IAM services, and maintaining automation tooling.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex and unusual joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) identity lifecycle cases. - Troubleshoot single sign-on, identity provider, and provisioning flows, including Keycloak. - Configure and maintain the Adaxes automation tool.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot IAM services and identity provisioning flows. - Familiarity with SSO and identity provider systems. - Experience handling identity lifecycle processes and role-based access.
