Technical Program Manager

Role overview Coordinate complex technical programs that shape cloud platform products and services. You will work hands-on with engineering and product teams to turn broad goals into clear plans, guide cross-team execution, and use data and technical judgment to manage decisions. The role also helps strengthen program management practices and improve how engineering teams deliver.

Responsibilities - Define and deliver programs with significant technical, business, and organizational impact. - Lead coordination and communication across engineering, product management, and other teams involved in the product lifecycle. - Work directly with engineers and product managers to plan and deliver platform services and applications. - Apply data-driven judgment to technical and program decisions, surfacing dependencies and helping teams navigate competing priorities. - Mentor program managers and engineering colleagues in effective program practices. - Identify opportunities to improve execution and engineering productivity through useful tools and lightweight processes.

Requirements - At least 5 years of experience leading medium to large complex engineering programs involving current cloud technologies. - Strong program management capability combined with technical and business understanding. - Experience working across engineering, product, and related functions through the product lifecycle. - Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity, changing priorities, and a fast-moving environment. - Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and nontechnical audiences. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and organizational skills. - Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data is useful.
