Role overview
Build and improve a web application as it moves from an early product into a more production-ready service. You’ll work on user-facing features with a small team, contributing to implementation and product decisions.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain interfaces using React and JavaScript. - Build features that communicate with services through REST APIs and WebSockets. - Write clear, maintainable code and collaborate through Git-based workflows. - Help solve product and engineering problems as the platform evolves.
Requirements - 3–4 years of experience with JavaScript and React. - Solid experience working with WebSockets. - Strong understanding of REST APIs. - Habit of writing clean, maintainable code. - Comfort collaborating with Git and a team. - Creative problem-solving skills.
Benefits and work setup
Full-time role at 40 hours per week, with a choice of remote or hybrid work in Dhaka. The listed compensation is 70,000 BDT per month, with two weekly days off (Friday and Saturday), two annual festival bonuses, and salary reviews twice a year. A monthly top-performer bonus is also offered.
