Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (f/m/d) – AI, React, Node.js & TypeScript

Role overview Join a UI Engineering team building production-grade products at the intersection of AI, engineering, UX, and product. The work is remote by default, with in-person sessions in Berlin for major architectural decisions and collaborative planning. Engineers are expected to own both the experience and the technology, shaping how users interact with AI-native interfaces.

Responsibilities - Design and build production-grade applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js across UI, APIs, and services. - Develop AI-native experiences including agent-driven workflows, conversational interfaces, and natural-language interactions. - Use AI tools as an engineering multiplier for prototyping, debugging, and testing while retaining control of architecture and quality. - Shape scalable full-stack architectures, APIs, and data structures that support evolving product needs. - Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering peers to align technical decisions with customer and business outcomes. - Raise standards for testing, performance, maintainability, and overall engineering quality.

Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on full-stack JavaScript experience with a proven record of shipping real applications. - Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js plus modern web architecture patterns. - Confidence making architectural calls, simplifying complexity, and turning ambiguous problems into shipped products. - Demonstrated AI-native workflow: using AI tools to move from idea to production-ready code while keeping ownership of results. - Strong product sensibility, understanding customers and business context before committing to a build. - A portfolio, side project, or demo repo that shows production-ready shipped work.

Nice to have - Experience with AI-first interfaces, agent workflows, or natural-language products. - Familiarity with AWS, Jenkins, Grafana, Graylog, Confluence, Jira, or shell scripting.
