About this role
Role overview Join a customer-facing engineering team shaping how enterprises automate multilingual content workflows across learning, websites, and marketing. You will combine hands-on coding with technical discovery, integration delivery, and ongoing enablement to embed AI-powered translation and localization into complex enterprise stacks. The position carries significant customer responsibility from scoping through renewal and is structured for engineers who enjoy working shoulder-to-shoulder with enterprise users.
Responsibilities - Translate customer objectives into technical plans with clear dependencies, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes. - Build AI-driven localization workflows that combine prompts, glossaries, translation memories, and human review to satisfy terminology, brand, and quality standards. - Develop and deploy integrations with content, asset, product, learning, and commerce systems while preserving structure, metadata, and context. - Own production readiness, including secure data access, testing, error handling, monitoring, quality evaluation, and review routing, then document solutions and agree on long-term ownership. - Partner with Account teams to drive enablement and adoption, measure impact against baselines, and surface follow-on workflow opportunities. - Convert field work into reusable connectors, evaluation suites, and deployment patterns that inform product and engineering priorities.
Requirements - Track record of shipping software, integrations, or automation for enterprise customers, with demonstrated ability valued over formal credentials. - Hands-on coding skills spanning APIs, authentication, webhooks, data transformation, version control, testing, and debugging. - Experience building AI workflows and evaluating them across quality, reliability, latency, cost, failure handling, and human review. - Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, plus the judgment to scope ambiguous requests, explain tradeoffs, and manage expectations. - Ownership mindset covering deployment, documentation, enablement, and adoption. - Practical use of AI in your own engineering work, with localization or translation technology experience valued and domain curiosity essential. - Willingness to travel up to 40% across the EMEA region.
Nice to have - Prior exposure to learning management systems, digital asset management, or marketing technology stacks. - Familiarity with enterprise content operations, brand voice enforcement, or multilingual review workflows.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-friendly arrangement within a globally distributed organization spanning 30+ countries and several regional hubs. - Customer-facing teams are prioritized around proximity to enterprise customers. - AI-native operating culture that encourages every team member to build and manage their own AI agents. - High-growth environment within the multilingual content technology space, reporting consistently strong year-over-year revenue expansion.
