Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Lead

Role overview Lead client Salesforce projects from kickoff through launch, balancing delivery planning with hands-on Agile facilitation. You will connect clients with architects, consultants and developers, keep work on track, and help the team use AI effectively in its delivery practices.

Responsibilities - Serve as the primary client contact; lead status discussions and steering meetings and keep stakeholders informed. - Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget and change requests throughout each project. - Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, and maintain a clear, prioritised backlog with the client. - Identify risks and blockers early, resolve them or escalate them, and help the delivery team stay focused. - Coordinate architects, consultants and developers around priorities and next steps. - Apply AI tools in project work and contribute to how they are used in delivery.

Requirements - Experience managing technology projects from kickoff to go-live, including scope, timelines, budget and change control. - Practical experience leading Agile teams and adapting Scrum ceremonies to project needs. - Enough Salesforce knowledge to understand the solution being built and discuss technical risks with clients and delivery teams. - Based in Australia or the Philippines with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have - Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana or similar project and backlog tools. - Consultancy or professional services experience, or business analysis skills such as workshop facilitation and writing user stories. - CSM, PSM, PMP or comparable project delivery certification.
