Salesforce Developer

Role overview Design and build custom Salesforce solutions, including platform code, user-facing components, and integrations with external systems. This full-time remote role suits developers at different career stages who want ownership of their work, close technical mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities - Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components. - Design code and asynchronous processing with Salesforce platform limits in mind. - Connect Salesforce with external systems through APIs and event-driven patterns. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders. - Take responsibility for the solutions you build and contribute to technical design decisions.

Requirements - Proficiency in Apex, including design patterns and asynchronous processing, and experience with Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of REST or SOAP integrations and event-driven architecture. - A solid foundation in computer science or engineering principles. - Analytical problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to debugging. - Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical choices. - Applicants may be junior through senior; demonstrated ability and potential matter more than years of experience.

Nice to have - Salesforce developer certifications such as PD1 or PD2. - React or another modern JavaScript framework, Node.js or another back-end language, or experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, or Salesforce Industry Clouds.
