Salesforce Business Analyst

Role overview Translate client and end-user needs into Salesforce requirements that delivery teams can build and validate. The role spans discovery through launch: you will map processes, shape user stories, test solutions, support acceptance and help people adopt new ways of working, while exploring practical uses of AI in business analysis.

Responsibilities - Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with client stakeholders and end users. - Map current and future processes, identify underlying needs, and gather requirements from the people who will use the system. - Convert findings into user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps for architects and developers. - Write test scenarios, test the solution against requirements, and prepare and support user acceptance testing. - Track UAT issues and help clients reach sign-off; support change planning and explain what is changing. - Develop training materials and deliver sessions, while using AI tools to improve analysis work.

Requirements - Business analysis experience on technology projects from discovery through go-live. - Confidence facilitating workshops and eliciting needs from stakeholders at different levels. - Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and standard platform functionality. - Experience writing test scenarios, validating solutions and supporting UAT. - Experience helping users through change, including preparing training materials and running sessions. - Based in Australia or the Philippines with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have - Salesforce configuration experience, such as setting up flows, fields or page layouts. - Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification. - Consultancy or professional services experience. - Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Miro or similar tools.
