Salesforce Architect

Role overview Own Salesforce delivery from early client discovery through solution design, hands-on configuration, release, and support. You’ll combine business analysis and architecture with team leadership, working directly with stakeholders to turn operational needs into maintainable solutions and guide the use of AI tools across delivery.

Responsibilities - Run discovery workshops, map business processes, and translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Design Salesforce data, security, sharing, and integration approaches, weighing configuration against custom code. - Configure platform capabilities including flows, objects, page layouts, permission sets, reports, and dashboards. - Lead consultants and developers, set technical direction, review work, and mentor team members. - Use AI tools across analysis, development, testing, and documentation, and help establish sound practices for their use. - Explain technical choices clearly and advise clients as they make decisions.

Requirements - Experience across the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle, including pre-sales, discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support. - Proven capability in both business analysis and solution architecture. - Practical declarative Salesforce skills, including Flow, data modelling, security and sharing, and Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud. - Experience leading delivery teams and developing consultants or developers. - Understanding of integration patterns, data migration, large data volumes, and platform governor limits. - Strong written and spoken English, workshop facilitation, and design documentation skills.

Nice to have - Salesforce architecture or consultant certifications. - Experience using generative AI, coding assistants, or Agentforce in delivery, with good judgement about human review. - Apex, Lightning Web Components, UX design tools such as Figma, AWS or Google Cloud, or languages and frameworks such as Python, React, or Node.js.
