Senior Software Engineer (Laravel)

Role overview A software team specializing in business-focused AI products is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with deep Laravel expertise to lead development on its flagship platforms. The role combines hands-on coding with end-to-end ownership of high-impact features across modern Laravel backends and contemporary front-end frameworks. It is a senior-level position open to candidates in Dhaka or working remotely.

Responsibilities - Lead the development of flagship products using Laravel, PHP, and modern Vue or React front-ends. - Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features from design through release. - Design and maintain database schemas, queries, and queue-based workflows in MySQL or PostgreSQL with Redis. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based environments on Linux. - Apply TypeScript across front-end codebases and uphold engineering best practices.

Requirements - 5+ years of professional Laravel and PHP experience. - Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, and asynchronous queue systems. - Hands-on experience with Vue.js or React combined with TypeScript. - Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Linux-based development environments.

Nice to have - Prior experience leading product development or mentoring other engineers. - Background in domains such as hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, telecom, or government software.
