Remote job
Fullstack Product Engineer
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A fully remote opening for a Fullstack Product Engineer to own end-to-end product experiments on an AI-native team focused on growth. The role spans the full application stack, treats AI as a serious development tool, and emphasizes measurable outcomes in activation, conversion, and retention. It suits engineers who combine strong technical judgment with product curiosity and a bias toward learning velocity over raw code volume.
Responsibilities
- Translate user problems and product hypotheses into scoped experiments with clear success metrics - Build production features across the front end, back end, data layer, and third-party integrations - Define instrumentation before launch and analyze the results afterward to inform next steps - Improve activation, conversion, retention, reliability, and developer velocity through iterative changes - Use AI tooling for exploration, implementation, tests, debugging, and documentation, paired with explicit human review - Make and document practical architecture, reliability, and security tradeoffs - Talk with users and partner with growth, design, and operations when product context is needed
Requirements
- Track record of shipping two or more production products or features with clear technical ownership - At least one product or growth experiment with a measured outcome you can explain - Demonstrated ability to reason about architecture, reliability, security, or incident tradeoffs - A concrete AI-assisted development workflow that includes tests and human review - Evidence of moving from an ambiguous user problem to a stable production result - Strong engineering judgment and comfort making product decisions with user and business data
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with growth, design, or revenue-focused teams - Comfort operating against a published conversion KPI and a steady experiment cadence
Benefits and work setup
- Fully remote position - Candidates should share location, time-zone overlap, start date, and compensation expectations - Existing benefits package preserved after employment type is confirmed - Hiring process includes an evidence review, a focused product and engineering screen, a published engineering challenge, a live review of solution and tradeoffs, and references
