Senior Threat Hunter

Role overview Join a cybersecurity team that supports global security organizations through training, assessment, and hands-on blue team exercises in a live-fire simulation environment. As a senior practitioner, you will help research and integrate AI-driven agentic capabilities into cybersecurity workflows while mentoring global clients on advanced threat hunting tactics and strategy.

Responsibilities - Lead an internal initiative researching and integrating candidate agentic AI capabilities into test environments - Act as a consultant to customers integrating agentic capabilities into their cybersecurity operations, advising on identification, integration, and pre-deployment testing - Track industry evolution around AI and security operations by reviewing publications, standards, and emerging techniques - Deliver world-class mentorship on advanced threat hunting tactics and strategy to global clients and international organizations - Apply blue team experience to build parsing rules, dashboards, and tuning for enterprise security tools inside a cyber range platform - Collaborate with range operations to develop toolsets and scenarios modeling real-world threat defense situations - Balance competing requirements across the organization using business foresight to build consensus and drive results - Take initiative on day-to-day tasks, lead projects, and mentor other team members

Requirements - Strong technical background in cybersecurity with extensive blue team, threat hunting, or incident response experience - Hands-on familiarity with open source and commercial security tools used to defend networks from advanced threats - Ability to teach and demonstrate security concepts clearly to customers and internal teams - Demonstrated mentorship skills and a passion for developing other security professionals - Self-directed problem solver with strong initiative and a continuous learning mindset - Ability to work effectively across departments and time zones in a remote or office-based setting

Nice to have - Experience integrating AI or agentic capabilities into cybersecurity workflows - Background designing experiments to evaluate AI agents and models for security use cases - Experience building scenarios, toolsets, or content for cyber range or simulation platforms
