Role overview A remote, full-time Implementation Engineer role focused on deploying AI-powered continuous testing into enterprise Salesforce environments. The position blends hands-on configuration, customer enablement, training, and technical writing, and is described as one of the earliest customer-facing technical hires at an early-stage startup.
Responsibilities - Deploy and configure an AI testing platform inside customer Salesforce environments, ensuring clean integration and reliable functionality. - Guide customers through onboarding by running sessions and assessing their existing Salesforce testing and DevSecOps practices. - Lead training webinars for customer and partner audiences, covering product features, new enhancements, and recommended patterns. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including setup guides, integration references, best-practice playbooks, and release notes. - Support the sales process with technical input during evaluations and pre-sales conversations. - Help build the implementation methodology from scratch, since the team is shaping how the company scales customer onboarding.
Requirements - Two to five years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, solutions, or onboarding engineering. - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce orgs. - Comfort working directly with enterprise customers on calls, in training sessions, and in written communication. - Ability to write clear technical documentation, including setup guides, integration references, and best-practice playbooks. - Familiarity with enterprise software environments such as NetSuite, SAP, ServiceNow, or nCino is a plus. - A bias toward ownership, follow-through, and helping shape processes at an early-stage company.
Nice to have - Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment where processes are being defined. - Background in software testing, QA automation, or DevSecOps practices. - Examples of technical documentation, onboarding materials, or recorded demos you have built.
