About this role
Role overview The Technical Solutions Operations team scales the business itself by turning repeatable work into durable internal tooling. As a Level 1 engineer, you will build automations, frameworks, and operational systems that accelerate sales, marketing, and engineering workflows, with AI and agentic patterns treated as first-class building blocks rather than side experiments. The role partners closely with product and go-to-market functions to convert recurring friction into reliable tools. The seat is remote and full-time, located in the APJ region.
Responsibilities - Design and build internal tooling that accelerates work across sales, marketing, and engineering - Create and maintain observability-platform demo environments, dashboards, and reusable demo frameworks - Automate go-to-market workflows including lead routing, campaign operations, reporting, and content handoffs - Build lightweight engineering and ops frameworks such as scripts, templates, checklists, and design patterns - Design and operate AI-assisted and agentic workflows that reduce manual toil while keeping systems observable and controllable - Document systems so automations remain owned, traceable, and safe to extend - Partner with SDR, product, and leadership to translate recurring friction into durable tools
Requirements - Hands-on experience building internal tooling, automations, or operational systems - Familiarity with observability platforms for building demos, dashboards, and narrative environments - Ability to automate marketing and revenue workflows spanning CRM, lead routing, campaign ops, and reporting - Comfort with scripting, templating, and lightweight framework design - Practical experience applying AI or agentic workflows to business operations - Strong documentation habits and a bias toward ownership and observability
