Technical Solutions Operations Engineer (Level 1) · AMERICAS

Role overview This remote, Americas-based Technical Solutions Operations Engineer (Level 1) role focuses on building the internal tooling, automations, and frameworks that keep the business running. You will create Datadog demo environments, marketing automation, engineering workflows, and AI-assisted systems, working close to product and go-to-market teams to turn repeatable work into durable tools.

Responsibilities - Design and build internal tooling that accelerates teams across sales, marketing, and engineering - Create and maintain Datadog demo environments, dashboards, and reusable demo frameworks - Automate marketing and go-to-market workflows including lead routing, campaign ops, reporting, and content handoffs - Build lightweight engineering and ops frameworks such as scripts, templates, checklists, and design patterns - Design and operate AI-assisted and agentic workflows that reduce manual toil without sacrificing control - Document systems so automations are owned, observable, and safe to extend - Partner with SDR, product, and leadership to turn recurring friction into durable tools

Requirements - Experience building internal tools, automations, or operational systems across sales, marketing, or engineering - Familiarity with Datadog demo environments, dashboards, and observability tooling - Ability to automate marketing workflows including lead routing, campaign ops, and reporting - Comfort building lightweight engineering frameworks with scripts, templates, and design patterns - Working knowledge of AI-assisted and agentic workflow patterns - Strong documentation habits ensuring automations remain observable and extensible

Nice to have - Experience connecting CRM, docs, reporting, and operational systems into unified workflows
