Demo Developer & Lead — ITSM / ITOM

Role overview This position blends hands-on demo development with team leadership inside a Product and Solutions Marketing organization, with ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) as the focal subject areas. The role exists to translate complex enterprise IT operations workflows into clear, persuasive demonstration experiences that support go-to-market and sales efforts. The position is anchored in the Bay Area and offers flexible or fully remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain product demonstration environments that showcase ITSM and ITOM capabilities - Lead and coordinate a small team of demo developers, setting technical direction and reviewing output - Translate platform functionality into story-driven demo scripts tailored to specific audiences, industries, or use cases - Refresh demonstrations to reflect current product releases, feature changes, and platform updates - Collaborate with product marketing and field teams to deliver demos for events, briefings, and sales opportunities

Requirements - Demonstrated ability to build technical product demonstrations for enterprise software audiences - Working knowledge of IT service management and IT operations management concepts, processes, and workflows - Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating developers or technical contributors - Skill in turning abstract technical capabilities into clear, engaging narratives - Comfort partnering across marketing, product, and sales functions in a marketing-adjacent role
