Requirements - Substantial hands-on experience with PHP and modern frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or WordPress at scale - Demonstrated ability to write and speak about technical subjects for developer audiences - History of community engagement, conference talks, or notable open-source contributions - Independent working style compatible with a remote, high-trust environment
