Requirements
- Professional working fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken - Hands-on background as a software developer or engineer - Demonstrated ability to communicate technical topics to varied audiences - Self-directed working style suited to a distributed, high-trust environment - Experience engaging developer communities, writing technical posts, or speaking publicly
