Technical Solutions Architect

Role overview Help scientific and life sciences teams move from their first deployment of a data analysis platform to running production workloads. The role spans client discovery, cloud and enterprise deployments, infrastructure automation, and troubleshooting within each client’s security and compliance constraints. It combines hands-on engineering with direct customer collaboration.

Responsibilities - Onboard clients to cloud and enterprise platform deployments, guiding the path into production. - Configure cloud infrastructure and address networking, certificates, security, and compliance requirements. - Build tools and automation that make deployments repeatable and maintainable. - Work with clients to clarify needs, shape technical solutions, and resolve implementation issues. - Coordinate delivery across customer teams and internal technical specialists.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure and software deployment in production settings. - Ability to automate infrastructure and operational tasks using code or configuration tools. - Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networking, and deployment environments. - Clear communication and the ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into practical technical plans. - Comfort working as a generalist across delivery, infrastructure, and customer-facing work. - Application requires a public code repository and a short narrative describing demonstrated skills, growth, and considered use of AI tools.
