Role overview Join the enterprise sales motion as a senior pre-sales engineer focused on the TOLA territory (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas). The role matches enterprise customer objectives to an AI-native cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and data protection. It combines deep technical credibility with the pace of an ambitious revenue team.
Responsibilities - Build joint territory and account strategies with sales partners and run targeted campaign plays. - Map customer requirements to security architectures across data center, cloud, and enterprise environments. - Drive proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements that prove outcomes. - Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations tailored to executives and practitioners. - Address objections, position against competing technologies, and propose enhancements that improve customer ROI. - Document sales-cycle elements owned by the SE function and share lessons across the technical community.
Requirements - 5–7 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in endpoint cyber defense. - Demonstrable success selling to mid-size and large customers and competing effectively against rival platforms. - Clear written and verbal communication for executive briefings and deep technical sessions alike. - Working knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools, detection evasion techniques, and prominent malware and anti-malware solutions. - Ability to provide first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle, transitioning toward a primarily pre-sales posture over time. - Willingness to travel up to 50% across the TOLA region.
Nice to have - Hands-on background in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing or red teaming, or incident response.
