Job details
About this role
Role overview A senior individual-contributor role embedded with SDR and AE organizations to build the AI agents, automations, and integrations powering modern outbound motion. The work focuses on accelerating prospecting, sharpening targeting, and surfacing the deal signals reps need to close more pipeline. Success looks like more qualified pipeline per rep, faster deal cycles, and a team that no longer does the manual version of this work.
Responsibilities - Build agents that research accounts, build lists, and draft personalized outreach at scale for SDRs. - Design sequencing workflows that optimize send times, cadence steps, and messaging based on engagement data. - Build agents that mine call recordings and CRM activity for risk flags, buying signals, and next-best actions for AEs. - Integrate sales engagement, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and CRM so rep-facing data stays accurate. - Build automations that flag stale deals, missing data, and forecast risk before they become surprises. - Build evaluation harnesses for outreach personalization quality, call-summary accuracy, and signal precision. - Implement human-in-the-loop review, logging, and rollback for rep- and customer-facing outputs. - Coach SDRs, AEs, and revenue operations on AI adoption and produce playbooks and reusable templates.
Requirements - Senior hands-on builder comfortable shipping AI agents and automations against pipeline and conversion metrics. - Deep familiarity with sales engagement, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and CRM tools (for example Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo or Clearbit). - Ability to design evaluation harnesses measuring automation quality against human baselines. - Strong coaching skills for non-technical revenue teams without relying on positional authority.
Nice to have - Practical experience fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production use cases. - Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and pipeline hygiene practices. - Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS with brand-safety and compliance constraints on automated outputs.
Benefits and work setup - U.S. base salary range of $132,000–$182,000 USD, varying by location. - Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with match; life and disability insurance; flexible time off; paid holidays and sick time; parental and grandparent leave; RSUs and ESPP; wellness coaching and gym reimbursement; home office allowance; and mobile phone reimbursement.
