Role overview A senior post-sales role focused on guiding public-sector customers through onboarding, steady-state operations, and incident response for an AI-native cybersecurity platform. The position blends technical account management, strategic advisory, and program leadership to drive adoption, retention, and customer experience across a portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for an assigned portfolio of public-sector accounts, supporting deployment, business-as-usual operations, and outage or incident scenarios. - Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver on time and to scope. - Run proactive communications, service reviews, and strategic advisory sessions that strengthen technical adoption and feature usage. - Act as the customer's voice internally, advocating for needs, defining feature requests, surfacing growth signals, and resolving technical or business blockers. - Present technical enablement sessions for customers and internal audiences to deepen product understanding. - Mentor team members and contribute to program reporting, risk assessments, and maturity insights shared with customer success leadership.
Requirements - U.S. citizenship required due to federal and FedRAMP staffing regulations; ability to satisfy customer or third-party background checks up to secret clearance. - Demonstrated experience delivering technical account management, customer success, or similar post-sales services in enterprise environments. - Strong technical foundation across endpoint, cloud, identity, or adjacent security domains, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage escalations, and coordinate incident response communications. - Track record of building customer relationships that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have - Prior experience building enablement content, training programs, or playbooks for customers and internal teams. - Familiarity with public-sector procurement, compliance, or FedRAMP-authorized environments. - Orientation toward strategic goal alignment and experience embedding company values into customer engagements.
