About this role
Role overview
Set technical direction for strategic managed security service provider (MSSP) partnerships across North America, combining senior-level architecture work with hands-on partner engagement. The role focuses on mapping partner environments, planning phased adoption, and helping partners turn technical roadmaps into sustained service growth. Travel of up to 50% is expected.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong experience in senior solutions engineering, architecture, or a related customer-facing technical role supporting MSSP partnerships. - Ability to assess complex partner deployments and service operations, then translate findings into executable architecture plans. - Experience guiding technical adoption and coordinating work across partner engineering, sales, and account teams. - Executive-level communication skills and the ability to handle complex technical discussions and escalations. - Willingness to travel up to 50%.
