Senior Agentic Platform Engineer

Role overview

Take technical ownership of key parts of an AI agent platform, shaping its architecture and helping it scale reliably across teams. You’ll combine hands-on platform development with security, production operations, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

- Design and maintain the agent runtime, covering execution, context management, and event streaming. - Build MCP tool servers, APIs, and authentication and policy services for secure access to internal capabilities. - Extend agent functionality with multi-model routing, memory, durable execution, and LLM frameworks. - Improve stability and production debugging through monitoring, tracing, and evaluation tools. - Set scalable API, service, CI/CD, and cloud deployment patterns so teams can build agents independently. - Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and implement security controls, prompt-injection protections, evaluations, and regression tests.

Requirements

- Proven experience designing and maintaining production backend systems. - Strong Python expertise, including APIs, asynchronous programming, testing, and clean architecture. - Hands-on experience delivering LLM applications or AI agents in production. - Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. - Experience with LLM operations, observability, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting. - Knowledge of AI security, including authentication, access control, and prompt-injection protection; ability to lead technical decisions and mentor others.
