Senior Frontend Engineer

Role overview A remote Senior Frontend Engineer role building customer-facing software for the dispensary industry. As an early engineer on a small team, the position combines hands-on feature development with cross-functional collaboration to improve existing user experiences and shape new product capabilities.

Responsibilities - Build new features for customer-facing web applications - Improve existing user experiences across the product - Collaborate with team members across the company - Take ownership of frontend work as an early team member - Apply attention to detail and usability considerations throughout development - Execute independently while contributing effectively as part of a team

Requirements - 3+ years of JavaScript frontend or full-stack experience building customer-facing web applications - 1+ years of experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue - Strong communication skills with a constructive approach to feedback - High attention to detail and passion for improving usability - Knowledge of modern browser technologies and responsive design - Ability to execute independently just as well as with a team

Nice to have - Familiarity with server-side frameworks such as Ruby on Rails - Experience with React Native or native iOS/Android development - Computer science or other engineering background
