About this role
Role overview Design and implement cryptographic primitives, with a focus on performance across processor architectures and resistance to side-channel attacks. The work includes contributing to post-quantum research, reviewing security-critical code, and documenting technical findings.
Responsibilities - Implement cryptographic algorithms in Rust. - Optimize implementations for CPU architectures such as x86 and ARM. - Develop constant-time code and account for side-channel attack risks. - Contribute to post-quantum cryptography research and implementation. - Review code and participate in security audits of cryptographic systems. - Prepare technical documentation and contribute to research papers.
Requirements - Strong foundations in cryptography and mathematics. - At least three years of systems programming experience in Rust, C, or C++. - Deep understanding of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography. - Familiarity with side-channel attacks and countermeasures. - Experience with processor-specific optimization, such as SIMD or intrinsics.
Nice to have - Experience with post-quantum algorithms such as ML-DSA or ML-KEM. - Contributions to open-source cryptography projects or published security research. - Familiarity with formal verification tools or zero-knowledge proof systems.
