Role overview
A senior production leadership role on an unannounced cross-platform Strategy and MMO title currently in early development. The position owns the day-to-day delivery of large systems and features from concept through launch and into live operations. Based remotely in the U.S. or out of a Culver City hub, the role partners closely with the production team to drive scheduling, resource planning, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate day-to-day development of large game systems and features, ensuring execution aligns with product goals - Build and maintain development roadmaps and schedules across multiple teams - Partner with the Production team on scheduling and resource management to keep dependencies healthy - Track deliverables to confirm work meets quality standards and ships on time - Continuously evaluate process and pursue improvements, adapting to shifting needs and requirements - Take systems and features from initial idea through launch and into live operations, with rigorous attention to post-launch success - Build trust across teams and ensure all voices are heard during decision making
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience inside game development teams - Strong game production fundamentals and best practices - Genuine passion for playing and making games, with deep knowledge of the industry - Highly developed soft skills that foster a positive mindset, collaborative problem solving, and inclusive teamwork - Experience managing cross-functional game development teams from early development through launch - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities - Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and high standards - Experience operating in fast-paced, high-energy environments with heavy cross-team dependencies - Demonstrated ability to track complex projects and provide insight on delivery and risk mitigation

Benefits and work setup
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual base salary range is $123,600 to $187,000 USD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, dedicated paid time off, and unlimited paid time off.
